Ziedo asinis Daugavpils Asins sagatavošanas nodaļā
10.12.2024Lai varētu nodrošināt palīdzību visiem pacientiem, kuriem būs nepieciešami asins komponenti, Daugavpils ASN lūdz jebkuras asins grupas donorus atrast laiku un ziedot asinis pirms garajām brīvdienām.
Pirmdienās, otrdienās, trešdienās ceturtdienās no plkst. 8:00 – 10:00,
Daugavpils Asins sagatavošanas nodaļā, Viestura ielā 5, Centra poliklīnika
Ziedot vari, ja:
Esi 18 – 65 gadus jauns (donori, kuri asins/asins komponentus nodod pirmo reizi līdz 60 gadiem)
Sver ne mazāk par 50 kg
Dienā pirms asins nodošanas neesi lietojis alkoholu;
Esi paēdis, izgulējies, atpūties, jūties labi;
Esi vesels un pēdējā laikā neesi slimojis;
Pirms tam esi lietojis veselīgu uzturu un daudz šķidruma;
Neesi nodevis(-usi) asinis:
vīriešiem vismaz 2 mēnešus (9 nedēļas), maksimāli 6 reizes gadā;
sievietēm vismaz 3 mēnešus (13 nedēļas), maksimāli 4 reizes gadā.
Informācijai!
2024.gada 20. un 27. decembrī (piektdienās) tiks organizētas papildus donoru dienas (8:00 līdz 10:00),
Pirmssvētku dienās – 23. un 30. decembrī donoru dienas nebūs!
2025.gadā donorus pieņemsim no 06.01.2025.
