Daugavpilī bez maksas pieejamas nūjošanas nodarbības
21.04.2026Daugavpils iedzīvotāji aicināti pievienoties bezmaksas nūjošanas nodarbībām, kas piemērotas gan iesācējiem, gan pieredzējušiem aktīvās atpūtas cienītājiem. Nodarbības notiks pirmdienās un ceturtdienās plkst. 18.00, un tajās var piedalīties dažāda vecuma un fiziskās sagatavotības dalībnieki.
Pieteikties nodarbībām var zvanot pa tālruni 28728523 (Svetlana). Dalībnieki var ierasties ar savām nūjām, taču nepieciešamības gadījumā inventārs tiks nodrošināts uz vietas.
Nūjošana ir viens no pieejamākajiem un saudzīgākajiem fizisko aktivitāšu veidiem. Regulāras nodarbības palīdz stiprināt muskuļus, uzlabot locītavu kustīgumu un veicināt sirds un asinsvadu veselību. Kustības svaigā gaisā uzlabo stāju, līdzsvaru un vispārējo pašsajūtu, kā arī mazina stresu un nogurumu.
