Korejas vēstnieka kauss
01.09.2016Rīgā aizvadīts olimpiskais taekvondo turnīrs, kuru organizēja Latvijas Taekvondo federācija sadarbībā ar Dienvidkorejas vēstnieku Latvijā.
Šīs sacensības atšķīrās no ierastajām sacensībām, jo tajās cīnījās komandas, kuras sastāvēja no trīs sportistiem. Visu cīkstoņu iegūtie punkti summējās un tika noskaidrotas labākās komandas. Ikdienas sacensībās sportistiem ir iespēja krāt punktus 3 raundus, bet šoreiz svarīgi bija iegūt maksimāli daudz punktu vienā raundā.
Daugavpili pārstāvēja trīs komandas: divas kadetu un viena junioru grupā. Visi puiši tika pie godalgotām vietām. Junioru komanda finālā piekāpās Ventspilij un ieguva otro vietu. Kadeti izcīnīja pirmo un otro vietu!
Junioru komandas sastāvā startēja Daniels Ugarinko un Kirils Ivanovs, savukārt kadetu čempionu vienībā cīnījās Aleksandrs Minkevičs, Antons Vavilovs un Gļebs Pozņaks. Sudrabotās komandas godu aizstāvēja Dzintars Bogdanovs, Romāns Brukovs.
Jāpiemin, ka dalībnieki tika apbalvoti ne tikai ar medaļām un kausiem, bet arī ar dāvanu kartēm 50 un 30 eiro vērtībā. Vēl vairāk, pēc turnīra noslēguma dalībnieki tika cienāti ar tradicionālo dienvidkorejiešu ēdienu, kuru gatavoja vēstniecības pavārs.
„Vasaras periods daudziem ierasti ir atpūtas laiks, taču mūsu puišiem šī jau ir trešā vasara, kad ir izcila iespēja patrenēties ar korejiešu meistariem. Šogad divi Korejas instruktori dzīvoja un strādāja Daugavpilī divus mēnešus. Jau 17. reizi taekvondo klubs „Jitae” organizēja diennakts nometnes „Hodori” (tulkojumā no korejiešu valodas „tīģerēns”), kurās piedalījās gan Daugavpils meitenes un zēni, gan viesi no Anglijas un ASV. Trenējoties trīs reizes dienā, izdevās ievērojami uzlabot fizisko un tehnisko sagatavotību. Gribētos izteikt milzīgu pateicību Daugavpils Logopēdiskās internātpamatskolas direktorei un darbiniekiem par profesionālo attieksmi,” par kluba jaunumiem pastāstīja kluba „Jitae” vadītājs Boriss Ivanovs.
Jāpiemin, ka Daugavpils sportiste Nadežda Jefimova iekļuvusi Latvijas izlases sastāvā startam Eiropas kadetu čempionātā, kas norisināsies no 8. līdz 11. septembrim Bukarestē.
