Polijā kontroli uz robežām ar Lietuvu un Vāciju pagarina līdz 4. aprīlim
07.10.2025Polijas valdība pieņēmusi lēmumu līdz nākamā gada 4. aprīlim pagarināt kontroli uz robežām ar Lietuvu un Vāciju. To noteica šā gada 7. jūlijā, lai cīnītos ar nelegālo migrāciju, vēsta Lsm.lv.
Uz Polijas un Vācijas robežas kontroli īsteno 50 vietās, bet uz Polijas un Lietuvas robežas – 13 vietās.
Robežsardze ziņo, ka kopš jūlija ir bijuši gandrīz 25 000 nelegāli robežas šķērsošanas mēģinājumi, un, piemēram, šogad līdz augustam uz robežas ar Lietuvu aizturēti apmēram 60 kontrabandisti.
Tāpēc nolemts pastiprināt pierobežā izvietotos spēkus, un policijas darbiniekiem, teritoriālās aizsardzības spēkiem un robežsargiem pievienosies armijas karavīri un militārās žandarmērijas pārstāvji.
Sākotnēji viens no lēmuma pieņemšanas iemesliem bija informācija, ka Vācija atspiež uz Poliju ieceļojošos migrantus. Berlīne kontroli uz robežas atjaunoja 2023. gadā, lai kontrolētu migrantu plūsmu, un šādu iespēju Šengenas zonas iekšienē ārkārtas situācijā pieļauj arī Eiropas Savienības tiesību akti.
